Brief on Ocean Cyclist

Ocean Cyclist is.. the full global circumnavigation in a pedal powered boat! The boat is, currently, being built in the neighbourhood of Bowness, Calgary, Alberta.. it’s nearing completion at which time it’ll be moved to Kelowna for warm- space finishing and open water testing.

Once the boat is built and initial testing is done, it will be hauled to Thunder Bay for large water testing of, both, the boat/ it’s systems and the pilot/ captain himself with navigation of the Great Lakes from Thunder bay, ON., thru to Montreal, PQ., via Ottawa, ON.

We are networking with select communities along the aforementioned route to create a series of Night Markets that will be FREELY streamed through this site.. and we’ll have some bigger streams set up in places like Niagara Falls and Montreal (meaning, paid access only).

The Pilot/ Captain in his younger days.. treeplanting days.. hitch hiking days.. the 1990’s when he was a wanderlust vagabond meandering around N. America.. aimlessly(ish)
